Cotton and polyester are two distinct materials with different properties, and mixing them at different ratios can result in fabrics with varying characteristics. Here's a breakdown of the differences and the effects of mixing them:

Cotton:

• Natural fiber derived from cotton plants
• Soft, breathable, and comfortable
• Absorbs moisture and allows good air circulation
• Prone to wrinkling and shrinking
• May fade or degrade over time with repeated washing

Polyester:

• Synthetic fiber made from petroleum-based products
• Strong, durable, and resistant to wrinkles and shrinking
• Moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and retains shape well
• Less breathable than cotton and may trap moisture and odors
• Resistant to fading and maintains color vibrancy

Mixing cotton and polyester at different ratios affects the fabric's properties:

Higher cotton content (e.g., 80% cotton, 20% polyester):

• Softer and more breathable than higher polyester blends
• More prone to wrinkling, shrinking, and fading
• Absorbs more moisture and dries slower

Balanced blend (e.g., 50% cotton, 50% polyester):

• Combines the softness and breathability of cotton with the durability and wrinkle resistance of polyester
• Offers a balance of moisture absorption and quick-drying properties
• Provides a comfortable, easy-care fabric suitable for various applications

Higher polyester content (e.g., 20% cotton, 80% polyester):

The specific blend ratio can be adjusted to achieve desired characteristics, balancing comfort, durability, and performance based on the intended use of the fabric.

Each product we sell is custom-printed just for you which is how we have such a wide variety. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges.
